The Alcovisor Mark X is extremely easy to operate, simply press the “On/Off” button on the side of the unit, attach a mouthpiece and blow. The reading will be displayed immediately to three digits after the decimal point. The unit offers both active and passive sampling. The main advantage of the Alcovisor Mark X is the use of the Fuel Cell. Fuel cell (Electrochemical sensors) as used in the Alcovisor Mark X, are used in Police Breathalysers due to their high accuracy and ability to retain their calibration over several thousand tests.
